NUTTY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted

Place pecans in a shallow pan; bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until toasted. Stir occasionally; cool. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla at medium speed until creamy. Add sugar, beating at low until blended. Beat at high speed until smooth; stir in pecans.
