“CREAMY CHIFFON WHIP” IS IN:

CREAMY CHIFFON WHIP 
1 3-ounce package Jell-O (any flavor)
2/3 cup Pet Evaporated Milk
1 cup fruit (drained canned, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cups fruit juice or water

In a 1 1/2 quart bowl, prepare Jell-O as directed on package but use 1 1/2 cups water or fruit juice (don't use pineapple juice unless canned).

Chill in bowl until mixture is firm.

With an electric mixer, beat at low speed, beating gelatin until it breaks into small pieces.

Beat in 2/3 cup Pet Evaporated Milk. Beat at high speed until mixture fills the bowl.

Fold in 1 cup fruit. Turn mixture out into serving glasses, or an 8-inch square pan, or a 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.

Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. If desired, top with additional fruit and whipped cream before serving.

Note: Use juice or syrup from canned fruit, if using, as part of the water or fruit juice.

Makes 6-8 servings.
