SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thaw & squeeze out juice but do not cook)
2 c. bread stuffing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. soft butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix and shape into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Place frozen balls in plastic bags to store. To serve: Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 50 balls.
