SEASONED SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 4 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. finely chopped onion Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Makes 8 dozen appetizers. Note: Appetizers can be prepared ahead of time and frozen uncooked for up to 3 months. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (frozen). |
