SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
12 tbsp. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan

Beat eggs, mix all ingredients together. Form balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen. Can be frozen and used later.
