FESTIVE SPINACH BALLS 
3 crisply fried bacon slices, crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
