SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 6 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours. Roll into 1 inch balls. Freeze. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes until firm to the touch. Serve warm. Bake on cookie sheet with edges or in pan. |
