SPINACH BALL 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, soft
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Freeze. Bake frozen at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
