SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing, coarsely ground 2 onions 6 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients and form into half dollar size balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and freeze, when frozen place in bags for later use. Makes 50-60 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. |
