SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tbsp. thyme
Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Roll into meatball size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.
