EASY FISH DISH 
6 fish fillets of any favorite fish (sole, haddock, flounder)
4 tbsp. butter
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 doz. seedless grapes

Wash and dry fish. Place in shallow dish. Dot with butter. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Pour mushrooms and the butter over fish. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise with lemon juice. Spread over fish. Top with grapes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
