ELIZABETH'S FISH DISH 
2 c. cooked & flaked fish (firm fish is better)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, Old Bay seasoning to taste
Stove Top stuffing
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk

Mix fish, mayonnaise and seasonings. Saute in butter the onion and green pepper. Blend in flour and milk. When this thickens, add to fish mixture. Put in buttered baking dish and top with stuffing mix. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
