COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE | |
1 lb. ground sausage 9 inch deep dish pie shell 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese 4 eggs 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 c. light cream or half and half Brown sausage. Drain off excess fat. Place in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Lightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes before serving. Makes 6-8 servings with each containing 570 calories. |
