BREAKFAST APPLE PIE 
1 egg, well beaten
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 lg. apples, sliced
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs, oil and milk. Add Bisquick, sugar, and nuts. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange apples on top. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
