SUPER YUMMY TUNA SALAD | |
I serve this on toast with lettuce and tomato and my family can't get enough of it!!! 4 cans of albacore white tuna in water, drained 1 onion, minced 6 to 8 Spanish green olives stuffed with pimientos (red peppers) 5 to 7 slices Jalapeno peppers 1 dill pickle (or 2 tsp. relish) 4 tbsp. Italian dressing 4 tbsp. mayonnaise salt and pepper, to your taste Mince onions, olives, Jalapenos and pickles to small pieces. Set aside. In another bowl place drained tuna and break into smaller pieces with fork. Add onions, olives, Jalapenos, pickles, Italian dressing and mayonnaise and mix with a fork really well. Add more mayonnaise if the consistency is too dry. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Submitted by: Cookforlove |
