JANA'S LOW-FAT PINEAPPLE TUNA
SALAD
 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple or tidits, drained but reserve juice
3 (5 oz. ea.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained
1 small sweet white onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. steam-in-bag frozen green peas, steamed and cooled
3 tbsp. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in order given. Add some of the reserved pineapple juice to moisten the mixture to your liking. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Can serve on lettuce leaves, mixed with leftover rice or macaroni, or as yummy tuna sandwiches!
