“SHERRY'S LEMON-BLUEBERRY BLISS” IS IN:

SHERRY'S LEMON-BLUEBERRY BLISS 
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. lemon curd, melted
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
2 (8 oz containers each) low-fat blueberry yogurt

In bowl, with mixer on medium-high speed, beat cream and vanilla 4 minutes or until light and fluffy.

In a bowl, gently fold lemon curd into 1/2 whipped cream mix. Divide 1 cup berries, yogurt, and remaining whipped cream among 4 dessert glasses. Use spoon to smooth surface. Divide curd mix evenly among glasses.

Top with remaining berries.
