HALIBUT DIJONNAISE | |
4 to 6 (8 oz.) pieces halibut 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. country style Dijon mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. bay shrimp 8 artichoke hearts (non-marinated) 8 thin slices havarti cheese Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic powder in small bowl. Top each piece of halibut with 1 ounce bay shrimp, 2 artichoke hearts and 1/4 cup dijonnaise sauce. Bake at 350 degrees until almost cooked. Remove from oven and top each piece of fish with 2 slices of cheese. Continue to bake 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese just starts to melt. Do not overcook. Top with parsley or paprika and serve. |
