CELERY GOODIE 
4 c. celery
1/4 c. pimento
2 slices bread, broken
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can condensed chicken soup
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/4 c. almonds

Boil celery for 10 minutes and drain. Pour over the celery, the chicken soup, pimento and water chestnuts. Top with the bread, melted butter and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
