SEAFOOD LASAGNA ROLL - UPS 
6 lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) can Italian style tomato sauce

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Delights
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Cook noodles as directed. Rinse in cold water; drain well. Thoroughly combine filling ingredients with fork. Spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle. Roll tightly; place seam side down in a 9 in square pan. Pour sauce over roll ups. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Microwave (500-700 w.) : Prepare as above, placing roll ups in microwave baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back corner to vent. Microwave on high 10-13 minutes, rotating dish halfway through beating.

Double Recipe: Place roll ups in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and chill for up to 2 days, then bake for 50 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
