LASAGNA ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (15 oz.) jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and onions. Stir in sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Lay noodles out flat and cover each with 1/3 cup meat mixture. Roll up starting at narrow end.

Place seam side down in a baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
