ROLLED LASAGNA CARBONARA 
1 pkg. (1 lb.) lasagna
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. boiled ham (cut slices in half)
3/4 lb. sliced Swiss cheese, cut into 1" strips
Parmesan cheese
Pepper

1. Slowly add lasagna to boiling, salted water. Cook uncovered 15-20 minutes. Drain and cool.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. Pour 1 cup sauce into 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish.

4. On each of the 16-18 lasagna strips, place 1 slice ham and 1 strip cheese.

5. Sprinkle with pepper.

6. Roll up to enclose filling and place lasagna in baking dish. When all 16-18 rolls are in dish, cover with remaining spaghetti sauce.

7. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese if desired.

8. Bake 40-45 minutes or until done.
