5-GRAIN PANCAKE MIX 
1. cornmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. rye flour
1/2 c. buckwheat flour
3 c. white flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. sugar
2 c. powdered milk

Sift together 3 times and store in airtight container.

To use, mix: 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. pancake mix

Mix together and fry on hot griddle.
