1 c. flour
3 eggs
3 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. Crisco oil
Dab of vanilla
1 c. milk

Beat eggs, add milk, sugar and salt. Beat. Add flour and vanilla, whip until smooth. Spoon batter into hot oil. Make 1 at a time.
