SWEDISH THIN PANCAKES 
about 4 c. flour
5 c. evaporated milk (1/2 milk, 1/2 water)
3/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt (if plain flour is used)

Blend ingredients in blender until well blended. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into hot skillet. Spread over bottom of pan. (Adjust amount of batter to just cover bottom of pan.) When brown, turn to brown other side.

Two ways to serve: Place on serving plate, butter, pour on syrup and roll up. Or, Butter in pan and roll up, place on serving plate, add syrup and enjoy.
