Swedish Oven-Pancake 
1/2 cup sugar
a little nutmeg
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 quart milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together with milk using an egg beater. Grease 9 x 12 glass pan with 1 teaspoon of butter. Pour mixture in and bake at 425°F for 45 -50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup and sausage or bacon.
