SWEDISH PANCAKES (CREPES) 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Sift mixture into bowl and add:

3 c. milk
4 eggs
Shortening (reasonable quantity, 3 tbsp. approximately.)

Beat until well mixed. Let rest overnight or 3 to 4 hours. Lightly grease a 6 inch skillet or crepe pan; heat. Remove from heat; spoon in about 2 tablespoons batter. Spread batter evenly. Return to heat; lightly brown both sides fill with sweetened fruit or pats of butter, roll up and keep warm. Top with syrup. Yummy!
