SWEDISH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Melted butter
Sugar

Blend together eggs and milk with rotary beater. Add flour, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt; blend well. Add vanilla. Bake in lightly greased 8 inch skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each. (Tilt skillet back and forth quickly when batter is added to make a thin coating.) Bake until top is dry, then turn and brown other side. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll up. Makes 8 pancakes.

Just like when my grandpa used to make them for me, just love it. But instead of plain sugar I use Cinnamon sugar - mmmm the best!!!
