BEATRICE'S HONEY-GINGER BARBECUE RIBS | |
I recently came up with this recipe and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them, they were all asking for the recipe! I hope they turn out as well for you :D 4 lb. pork ribs MARINADE: 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup shredded ginger 1/4 maple syrup 1/4 cup ketchup (Hunts) 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. ginger powder (optional) salt and pepper, to taste In a large bowl mix all marinade ingredients together. Place ribs in a plastic Ziploc bag and pour the contents of the bowl in as well. Shake well, be sure all the meat is covered. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours (overnight is best). Grill as usual, can also be fried. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy! Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Beatrice E. |
