OAT - RAISIN LOAF 
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Pour water over oats in large bowl; stir until moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
