1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (your choice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mexican "fiesta" style cheese blend, for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Brown ground beef then drain off fat. Put beef with taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water in pan. Cook until water is gone.

In a 9x13-inch baking pan spread out cream cheese on bottom. Top with seasoned beef, spread salsa over beef, then top it off with the entire package of Mexican style cheese.

Bake at 400°F uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with Tortilla Chips.
