BEAN DIP 
1 medium brick Velveeta cheese
1 8 oz bar Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
1 can vegetarian refried beans
1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
Salsa (optional)
Taco chips

Brown ground beef, drain off all fat and add taco seasoning with water as directed on packet.

Cube cheeses and add to beef along with the refried beans. Heat until cheeses are melted and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Optional: add salsa to above.

Keep in a Crock-Pot to maintain serving temperature. Serve with taco chips.

A real hit for football Sunday or any other gatherings!

I use a similar recipe but delete the Monterey jack and add a can or two of green chilis and a can of dices olives.
