SASSY'S NACHO CHEESE DIP 
This is a great recipe for parties and football season. You will be amazed how fast it goes!

1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 diced onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning (I use Taco Bell)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (15 oz.) can hot chili beans
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's nacho cheese soup
1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet, drain any grease. Add all the other ingredients, stir, then throw everything in a Crock-Pot for 1 hour on low.

Serve it with bite size Tostitos :) Enjoy!
