4 or 5 onions
Can of Ballard biscuits
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Slice onions and make rings. Saute in butter. Let cool. Add 2 beaten eggs. Add sour cream. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
