ONE MEAL OVEN DISH 
Place in layers in deep baking dish:

2 c. potatoes, sliced
2 c. carrots, sliced
1 lg. onion
2 c. cooked rice
2 lbs. hamburger, browned until done

Pour tomato juice or whole canned tomatoes over top to make sufficient liquid to bake. Bake in moderate oven until vegetables are done. For shorter baking period, potatoes and carrots should be precooked. Serve with hot rolls and salad.
