LAZY OVEN MEAL | |
2 c. raw diced potatoes 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped carrots 2 c. hamburger, uncooked 1 c. chopped bell pepper 2 c. canned tomatoes 1 c. raw sliced onions Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 12 saltine crackers, crumbled Layer ingredients in 2 1/2 quart bakign dish in order given. Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Sprinkle Worcestershire over onions. Sprinkle top with cookie crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
