1 egg white, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the above ingredients and add 1/4 cup boiling water. Beat until stiff peaks are formed. Spread on cake and sprinkle with 1 package coconut.
