1 egg white
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Mix well the first 4 ingredients then add boiling water. Beat until forms peaks. Like 7 minute frosting, but half the time.
