BEAT AND EAT FROSTING 
2 egg whites (unbeaten)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. boiling water

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well. Add boiling water and beat at high speed until mixture will stand in stiff peaks.
