BAKED BEAN ROYALE 
Bake at 400 degrees about 40 minutes. (6 servings.)

6 tbsp. molasses
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
3 cans (about 1 lb. each) oven baked beans
1 lb. franks, cut in half
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. cornmeal

Combine molasses, mustard in measuring cup, spoon out 2 tablespoons for brushing franks, stir vinegar and minced onion into remainder.

Empty beans into an 8 cup shallow baking dish, stir in molasses-onion mixture. Arrange franks in cherion design down middle; brush with part of molasses mixture.

Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) about 20 minutes or until bubbly hot; meanwhile mix biscuits.

Place biscuits around baking dish.

Brush franks with remaining molasses mixture, bake 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are done.
