BAKED BEANS AND APPLES 
1 med. size apple, pared, cored, and coarsely chopped
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 (18 oz.) cans Brick Oven baked beans
1/4 c. molasses or honey
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Saute onion and apple in butter until tender (5 minutes). Turn into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon into 6 cup casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
