MATTIE LEE'S BAKED BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can Brick Oven baked beans
1 lb. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 c. hickory flavored BBQ sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. crumbled bacon
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients together and turn into a greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until bubbly.

NOTE: Diced ham can be substituted for the bacon, giving the dish a slightly different flavor.
