NO EGG, NO MILK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
6 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth. Pour into 8 inch cake pan (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
