MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth (from chicken)
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 sm. onion
1 bag Doritos
Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil the chicken and take the meat off the bone. Shred the meat. In a large saucepan combine soup, chicken broth from the boiled chicken. Add chili powder, green chilies and onion. Let that simmer about 15 minutes. then add chicken to the saucepan.

In a casserole pan put a layer of Doritos then a layer of mixture, then another layer of each. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve over fresh Doritos.
