GWEN'S MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bag regular Fritos

Layer Fritos in bottom of greased casserole pan. Layer with onion and chicken. Place cheese next. Mix in separate bowl the soups and tomatoes and chicken broth. Pour over chicken and Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
