GAZPACHO 
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, chopped
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup
2 cans water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
Dash Tabasco sauce

Rub sup tureen with chopped garlic, then discard garlic. Put cucumber, green pepper, onion and tomatoes in tureen. Mix tomato soup and water, and add to tureen with remaining ingredients. Chill until icy cold and serve sprinkled with tiny crisp croutons. Serve in bowls with an ice cube in each bowl.
