LISA'S QUICK GAZPACHO 
4 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
4 cucumbers, quartered
1 green pepper, quartered
1/4 med. onion
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
Oregano to taste
Basil to taste

Put vegetables in food processor until pureed. Add soup, vinegar and seasoning to taste. Chill. Serves 6.
