GAZPACHO 
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. thin sliced cucumber
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup or juice
1 soup can water
1 1/2 c. cocktail vegetable juice
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. commercial Italian dressing
Garlic and salt to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 dashes hot sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stir gently. Serve in chilled bowls or mugs if available.
