GAZPACHO 
2 lg. tomatoes, peeled and chopped (or 1 can tomatoes)
1/2 med. cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 med. onion, diced
1/2 sm. zucchini, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste

Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix to desired consistency (chunky, medium or fine). Chill 2-4 hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve cold or room temperature. (Ingredient amounts may be changed for individual taste.) Serves 4-6.
