1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo corn syrup (white)
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
6 oz. butterscotch chips
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add peanut butter. Pour mixture over cereal and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips together (real low heat) and pour over cereal mixture. When cool, cut into bars.
